Good luck to JMSU student officer team

Today is the final day in office for the current student officer team at JMSU.

Julia Daer, Mollie Foster, Megan Hill and Lila Tamea have enjoyed a successful year, with campaigns on sustainability, sitting on the Board of Governors, lobbying for additional resources to minimise student hardship, ensuring students have a rich programme of activities, events and student groups through to support students through the impact of COVID-19. 

Much of this occurs behind the scenes but their passion and enthusiasm for ensuring students are at the heart of the university community can be seen far and wide.  

Megan returns on Wednesday 1 July as the lead for community engagement and Lila returns as the incoming president, joined by Tuba Shahzad and Emily Roxbee-Cox for what promises to be a unique start to the next 12 months!
